The situation with COVID-19 requires quarantine of returned materials. To facilitate this extended process we are accepting equipment returns by appointment only. Select your desired timeslot from the grid below; we will verify staff availability and send you an email to confirm the appointment. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Bring your items to the Evans concourse at your specified time and place them on the table indicated for returns. Call our desk at 979.845.3731 and our staff will come out to collect the items.

Items will remain on your account for at least 72 hours.
