Managing Research Data: A Guide to Good Practice

Sound data management practices can ensure compliance with funding requirements and increase your productivity. This workshop will teach you how to think about your data so that you can manage it more easily throughout your research process. We will cover best practices for documentation, versioning, backup, sharing, and preservation. This workshop will also introduce you to the Texas Data Repository where you can publish data to increase the impact of your research. This is workshop is open to graduate students in all disciplines. 

Note: This workshop is taught online. Registrants will receive an email invitation to Zoom meeting one week prior to the workshop.
