A Conversation with Author Josh Rountree Online

Acclaimed Texas fantasy author Josh Rountree will discuss the release of his first novella, “The Legend of Charlie Fish” 12:30 p.m. Sept. 28 at Cushing Memorial Library & Archives. Rountree will join Cushing’s Science Fiction & Fantasy Research Collection Curator Jeremy Brett in a discussion about his latest book from Tachyon Press before a short reading, audience questions and a book signing.

The Texas A&M University Official Bookstore, Barnes & Noble Bookstore at the Memorial Student Center (https://tamu.bncollege.com/shop/tamu/home), will support the event by providing copies for sale at Cushing Library of Rountree's new book. Rountree will sign copies of the book for anyone who wishes.

The free public event is co-sponsored by Texas A&M University Libraries and the Glasscock Science Fiction Studies Working Group with both in-person and Zoom attendance options. Attendance in-person does not require registration. To attend virtually via Zoom, please register at tx.ag/Rountree. Please note that Zoom registration closes 12 hours before the event. A zoom link will be sent 24 hours before the start of the event to those who register.
