The Rider Call: Kristen Britain’s Fantasy Work and Fan Response
2023 saw the 25th anniversary of not only Cushing Memorial Library & Archives but the publication of Green Rider, the first book in Kristen Britain’s widely popular and critically acclaimed fantasy series. Fittingly, Cushing is the repository for Britain’s literary archives. Join the University Libraries on April 5th-7th, 2024 for a celebration of Britain and her Green Rider Series. This three day event will coincide with a new exhibit centered around Kristen Britain and her fans at Cushing Memorial Library and Archives. Attendees will have the opportunity to attend a reading and signing with Kristen Britain and hear from fans who have taken creative inspiration from Green Rider, including soundtrack composer Kristina A. Bishoff.
This is a free public event. Please register in advance if you are planning to attend.
If you require an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please contact Jeremy Brett at jwbrett@library.tamu.edu to communicate your needs. Early notification of at least five workdays before the event will facilitate the provision of reasonable accommodation.
Schedule of Events
