EndNote Basics
EndNote is downloadable reference management software that helps streamline research process of searching, collecting, organizing, citing, and sharing your references. The software is freely available for TAMU community. The class learning outcomes are to summarize what EndNote is and how it can assist with organizing and creating citations; create an EndNote library and add citations to it in different methods; find full-text or attach PDF’s for citations within EndNote; manage an EndNote library by creating groups and clearing journal term lists; and use EndNote’s CiteWhileYouWrite (CWYW) tab within Word to insert in-text citations, edit them, and change citation styles.
